The brief
Property bought as a probate sale. The garden hadn't been touched in years — old fence panels collapsed, builders' rubble, brambles, an abandoned shed, and the original 1970s patio buried under moss and weeds.
Our approach
Three-day clearance phase: rubble removed to a licensed facility, brambles cleared, shed dismantled, old patio lifted. Then a full rebuild — new patio, fresh soil, lawn laid, a low boundary hedge planted along the side.
The result
From overgrown wreck to a tidy, usable garden in five weeks. The owners moved in straight after handover.
