A garden looked
after, every visit.
Weekly, fortnightly and seasonal maintenance programmes for residential gardens, rentals and second homes across Cork. Same crew every visit.

A garden never really finishes — it just gets ahead of you. The lawn grows faster in May than the calendar tells you, the bindweed appears overnight in July, and the herbaceous border collapses on the same windy October Sunday every year. A maintenance programme is what keeps a garden looking the way it did a week after we built it, three years and ten years on.
Three rhythms,
one calendar.
01
Initial assessment and plan
We come on-site, walk the garden, and put a written maintenance plan together. It includes the visit frequency that fits the garden — weekly through the growing season, fortnightly at the shoulders, monthly through winter — and the seasonal tasks that are not part of the regular visit: autumn cutbacks, mulching, spring prep.
02
Scheduled visits
The same crew turns up on the same day each cycle. Lawn cut, edges trimmed, beds weeded, leaves cleared, rubbish removed. The work is predictable and that's the point — you know when we'll be there and you know what gets done. Weather causes the occasional reschedule, but only for genuine washout days.
03
Seasonal tasks
The work that does not happen weekly: spring mulch, summer hedge cuts, autumn cutbacks of perennials, leaf clearance, pruning of fruit and ornamental trees, winter washes for the borders. These are scheduled into the calendar at the start of the year so nothing gets missed.
Per visit,
fixed in writing.
From €60 per visit · €120–€200 typical residential
Annual maintenance contracts are normally cheaper per visit than ad-hoc one-off bookings because we plan our routes around them. Holiday and rental cover is quoted on a property-by-property basis. Whatever the arrangement, the per-visit price is fixed in writing — not subject to change because the lawn was longer than expected.
The reasons it
lasts.
Year-round programmes
A garden in February needs different work to a garden in July. Our programmes cover all twelve months, with the right tasks scheduled into each.
The same team every visit
Continuity matters. The same crew sees the garden week to week, picks up the small problems before they become big ones, and knows what you like and do not like.
Full skill set, not just lawn and leaves
Pruning a misshapen apple tree, restoring an overgrown perennial border, treating a lawn problem — those need the broader team. We have it.
Insured for any size of garden
From terraced city plots to four-acre country properties — same insurance, same documentation, same standards.
We run weekly and fortnightly maintenance visits across Carrigaline, Cobh and Midleton, plus regular routes across the city. New customers in those areas can usually be added to a slot inside two to three weeks. See all areas we cover.
