Cleared, loaded,
gone the same day.
Garden waste, rubble and site clearance across Cork — same-week collection, licensed disposal, paper trail provided. Our own trucks, no skip on the driveway.

Garden waste, builders' rubble and the back-of-the-shed clear-out have a way of becoming permanent. Hiring a skip is cheap on the day and dear on the week — permits, scratches on the driveway, neighbours filling it overnight. A van-and-team clearance from us is paid once, gone the same afternoon, and disposed of through licensed facilities with the paperwork to prove it.
Three steps,
truck included.
01
Site visit and quote
Most clearance jobs need eyes on. We come, walk the site, look at access, separate the green waste from the rubble from the household waste, and write you a fixed-price quote. Volume, weight and access are the three things that matter.
02
Removal day
We bring the truck and the crew. Loading is included. Two-person teams handle smaller residential clearances; bigger jobs run a 3-tonne truck and three-person crew. The kerb, drive and garden are left as clean as we found them — nothing left behind, nothing dropped.
03
Disposal at licensed facilities
Everything goes to a properly licensed waste facility. Green waste is composted, rubble and inert spoil go to a registered C&D recycler, scrap metal goes to a metals merchant. We provide receipts for any client that wants the paper trail — landlords, BCAR-conscious self-builders, insurance claims.
Fixed-price,
no weight surcharges.
From €150 small load · €300–€800 typical garden clearance
Small loads — single shed clear-outs, a few cubic metres of green waste — sit at the lower end. Mid-size garden clearances run €300–€800 depending on volume and access. Full site clearance for a builder's hand-over or a probate property is quoted on a site visit. We do not have hidden weight surcharges; the quote is the price.
The reasons it
lasts.
Same-week collection most weeks
Most residential clearances are on-site within seven days, often inside three. Urgent jobs (estate clearances, end-of-tenancy work) we will move heaven and earth on.
Licensed facilities, paper trail
We are registered waste collectors and we use registered waste facilities. Chain of custody can be evidenced. Fly-tipped waste is traceable back to the householder, not the unregistered collector — this matters more than people think.
Our own trucks, not skips
You pay one bill, deal with one team, and never have a skip on your driveway. No permits, no scratching, no overnight fly-dumping by neighbours.
Insured for property and waste
Public liability for the work, environmental liability for the waste itself, both documented and available on request.
We do regular clearance work across Mayfield, Glanmire and Douglas, and into Cork city centre. For builders' clearances and probate properties anywhere in the county, we quote on a site visit. See all areas we cover.
